It's ok with me!

The second EP in our Community Songs series, featuring songs that are born from community, describe a theology of community, and provide a place for community.

While Volume I was very much about showcasing the gathered voices in the room, this second volume leans more into describing community. The six songs cover themes of gathering, blessing, repentance, work and rest, and the presence of Christ among us. In common with Vol I there are interactive elements in several songs, from simple call and response, through corporate repentance, to naming the occupations and vocations of the rooms, even blessing each other by name.

On streaming services you'll find two editions of the EP. The Extended Cut, released first, is the whole experience from that Saturday in March. The more radio friendly edit will follow soon, but we want you to hear the full experience, showcasing how these songs make space for all the voices in the room. (The Digital Edition on this page includes both edits)

"Community songs is much more than a thematic gap. It's a gap in the practice of contemporary worship and challenges the very models we use."
