All of my plans (Laid down)

If you’re a fan of what we do, would you consider supporting us with a one-off or regular gift?
Resound Worship is a ministry of the Song and Hymn Writers Foundation, a charity dedicated to publishing quality worship songs as well as training, resourcing and influencing worship songwriters from the grass roots to published composers. We’d really value your support.

All of my plans,
all of my pride,
the work of my hands,
the shame I can’t hide,
falls before your throne.

Hopes that I hold,
fears I can't shake,
lies I've been told,
chains I can't break,
falls before your throne.

I lay it down.
I lay it down.
All of my meaning is in you.

Eyes bright ablaze,
thundering voice,
calling my name,
Jesus, my joy;
I fall before your throne.

I'm handing over
all that I am carrying.
I'm handing over my life,
you are worth everything.

This is a song of commitment and surrender, as happens continually in the lives of the saints when faced with the reality of the Living God and the abundant life he offers to all who are willing to forsake their lives. From Jeremiah to John of Patmos; Simon Peter to Saul of Tarsus. He’s worth everything.
